If you have ever shopped for a guitar, or just wandered into one of these places looking for a loo, then you may have realised that "customer service" can express itself in many different ways.
So you could go around spouting that all guitar shop employees are bitter failed musicians who make you wait for ten minutes while they fiddle with a pick while you're trying to contain a hyperactive toddler. Or one of them might be a mate, so you might feel the need to tone it down in case they get famous the week before your birthday. You need my help. I'll tell you what to say.
